WHAT????? YOUR HIGH NET WORTH CLIENTS CAN USE RESTRICTED OR CONTROLLED STOCK AS COLLATERAL?
Commercial Accounts Receivable based financing has been available for some time, but did you know that many of these arrangements do not actually use Accounts Receivable, functionally, as collateral that can be leveraged? THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LENDER SIMPLY FILING A UCC ON COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AS ADDITIONAL COLLATERAL VERSUS ACTUALLY USING ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AS A FORM OF COLLATERAL TO BE BORROWED AGAINST.

Insurative Premium Finance Massachusetts, Inc. (“IPFM”)
, an industry leader in innovative life insurance premium financing solutions, may be able to help your high-net worth clients unlock the potential of their private businesses' qualifying Accounts Receivable and Inventory. Combined with an IPFM competitive loan the planning opportunities are unbelievable!
HERE IS HOW

For qualifying business to business Accounts Receivable and possibly Inventory, Insurative Premium Finance Massachusetts, Inc. (“IPFM”) will evaluate your client’s financial situation, including any life insurance policies being recommended by you and other advisors, as well as sources of potential collateral – including commercial Accounts Receivable and Inventory. If the transaction is deemed viable, IPFM will also facilitate the evaluation of any stock in order to determine its applicability to the premium financing transaction. From there IPFM can handle all aspects of loan processing and post-loan servicing. IPFM is a direct lender and truly a one-stop shop!
